This website is about political issues.  Especially issues that involve protecting the personal freedoms and rights provided to the citizens of the United States by the U.S. Constitution.   This includes issues such as the prohibition against unwarranted search and seizure and the right to bear arms.  Other topics that have a political interest will be discussed.  And the occassional wacky article.  Every cake must have it’s icing!

The focus is on issues and not people.  It gets boring bashing political candidates.  Let’s face that’s easy.  We’ll try to address issues. 

I’ve been asked what does “cannonspeak” mean?  The meaning is drawn from the combination of both cannon, a historical symbol of change, and speech, especially internet communication, the new modern force of change, so the two are combined meaning loosely to speak up for change.
