The Texas Department of Transportation has very controversial plans to build a super highway through Texas generally from the Dallas area to the Brownsville and Laredo area. It’s clearly aimed at giving the Mexican trucking industry a clear super highway directly into the U.S.

The highway surveillance cameras are becoming increasingly popular. Many people consider these an intrusion into the public’s privacy and that the cameras constitute an unreasonable search.
